Feeney's Terracotta

This is a fine and plastic basic Terra Cotta/Midfire blended clay. It has a Medium texture so it can be used for all hand building techniques as well as throwing at earthenware through to midfire temperatures. It burnishes to a beautifully smooth surface.
Fired colour varies from red terra cotta to deep red brown with some fine natural grog. Over 1200°C will become browner.
